Back End Developer

We are looking for a Django engineer to join our existing development team. This engineer willreport to the CTO and will play a key software development role.

‍The role:

‍You will be a core contributor on a small and experienced team. You will be involved in the planning, strategy and dev roadmap. You will take full ownership of your work. Here’s a small listof things you will do:

• Add new features
• Translating user stories
• Bug fixes
• Refactoring code
• Performance, security, and reliability improvements
• Data pipeline improvements
• Architectural improvements
• API integrations
• Internal support
• Orchestration
• Automated tests

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience working with Django
• Experience with Python libraries like Pandas, Numpy
• Knowledge of Algorithms and data structures
• An awareness of security concerns● Ability to write quality testable code

Our Hiring Process

• Our first interview will be a general conversation with our Founder to learn more about you and to give you more information on us, to see if our values and goals align.
• Your second interview will be a technical conversation with our CTO, to get a better feeling about your technical skills
• You will share some code examples for us to examine.
